Parent Responsibilities:
Your child’s consistent attendance is critical.
For maximum attainment of skills, 2 sessions per week are recommended.
Teaching a child to read is time-consuming and hard work for everyone involved. Students will see the most benefit from participating in tutoring with an interventionist or therapist for a minimum of two years (including summers), at least two hours each week. If your child is a true dyslexic, two years is the MINIMUM amount of time it will take to rewire the proper pathways in the brain to become a competent reader.
