Semesters are Fall, Spring, and Summer.

Scheduling: (Check the option that best fits your family’s needs.)

Commitment-

• Regular Set Scheduling: A day (or days) and time are set aside for your student each week.

Options will be attached if needed.

**In the event of extracurricular activities or vacation, time slots will only be held for 4 weeks. After 4 weeks of a held time slot, you will be charged $45 per time slot for holding that appointment time.

Reduced Commitment-

• Flexible Scheduling: You schedule as time fits your schedule.

(Calendar is open for three months in advance.)

Waiting List-

Any student who needs to cancel throughout the week will be added to the weekly waiting list and notified of any available openings should they arise.

Students who attend tutoring during the regular school day will receive an excuse for school. Please check with your school district attendance policies if those absences will be excused or unexcused and what that may mean for your student.

Attendance and Cancellation:

• Students are allowed two absences each semester without charge.

• Video meetings can be held in replacement of in-person when needed.

• After two absences, you will be charged for any appointment missed that was not canceled within 24 hours before your scheduled time.

• Absences are reset at beginning of the new semester.

• Clients/Students who arrive late will only be provided services for the remainder of the scheduled hour. Sessions will NOT be extended into another student's time.

Paypal debit/credit transactions must add 4% to the total price.

Please be aware that prices will change to $45 per session for ALL tutoring students in June 2023.

The summer schedule will allow for 1.5-hour appointments charged at $60 per appointment.
